How does it work?
Pick an address and a channel. Email to that address shows up in the channel as a thread. Reply in the thread and the sender gets your reply by email.
Which address do I get?
A free one like support@acme.slkb.app right away. You can connect your own domain whenever you like.
Can the team talk without the customer seeing?
Yes. Start a message with // and it stays in Slack.
Who pays?
Only people who send email. Reading and discussing threads is free for everyone.
What can Slackbound see?
Only the channels you add it to. Bot tokens are encrypted, and you can remove it at any time.
