By accessing or using Slackbound (“the Service”), operated by EXON ENTERPRISE LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying materials
• Using materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Removing copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to another person or mirroring on another server

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans are billed per seat in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not expected and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXON ENTERPRISE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EXON ENTERPRISE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us or any other person or entity
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To collect or store personal data about other users without authorization

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EXON ENTERPRISE LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
