Slackbound uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide our services. All sub-processors are required to maintain security standards equivalent to those outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Infrastructure & Hosting

Purpose: Subscription and seat management

Changes to Sub-processors

We will notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing any sub-processor. Notifications will be sent via email to workspace administrators.

Objections

If you object to a new sub-processor, please contact us at support@slackbound.com within 30 days of notification. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution or provide assistance with data export.

Data Protection

All sub-processors are required to maintain security standards equivalent to those outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with sub-processors handling Customer Data.
